We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data, payment information, and social media login data.

Name and Contact Data – We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.
Credentials – We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
Employee data – On behalf of our customers, we process the personal data of their employees such as Name, email, phone number, address, bank account details, salary information, date of birth, photo, signature and identification proof such as PAN, Driving License, Passport number, Aadhaar Card number, Registration numbers allotted under various Labour Laws
Payment Data – We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument.
All payment data is stored by our payment gateway processor and you should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly to respond to your questions.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
We may collect information regarding your geo-location, mobile device, push notifications, when you use our apps.
If you use our Apps, we may also collect the following information:
a) Geo-Location Information. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
b) Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s [ calendar, camera, microphone, sensors, storage,] and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
c) Mobile Device Data. We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.
d) Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application.
Log information - In addition to the above, when you access IOT Mentor services, our servers automatically record and store information that a browser typically sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, browser settings, the date and time of your request, device model, the device identifier (or “UDID”), query logs, product usage logs, usage pattern through cookies and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We also collect clicks, scrolls, conversion and drop-off on our Websites and Service.
Analytics Information - We and our third party partners use technologies such as web beacons / clear-gifs in administering the website, tracking users’ movements around the site, analyzing trends and gathering demographic information about our visitors. We may receive reports from these Partners on an individual and aggregated basis. For this purpose, we may also share anonymous data about your actions on our Websites with these third-party partners.
IOT Mentor may obtain personal information about you from third parties, including, but not limited to, marketing event organizers, partners, and resellers. This information, among other things, may include your first and last name, company name, job title, work email address, phone number and address. IOT Mentor requires that any third party providing it with information has obtained the information lawfully and the third party has obtained the appropriate consent to share the information with IOT Mentor. If we combine or associate information from other sources with Personal Data that we collect through the Service, we will treat the combined information as Personal Data in accordance with this Policy.
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

a) To provide services contracted with you – Workplacemanager will use the information you share to provide services contracted with you such as staffing services, payroll management, compliance and regulatory services,

We and/or our third party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences.
You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time (see the section on “Your Privacy Rights” below).
c) To send administrative information to you – for Business Purposes, Legal Reasons and/or possibly Contractual.
We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.
Examples of security measures include physical access controls, HTTPS, restricted access to data, monitoring for threats and vulnerabilities etc.
However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Sites is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

Unrestricted information: Any information that you voluntarily choose to include in a Public Area of the Service or share with us through any other means, will be considered as “Unsolicited Information." This information will be available to any User or Visitor who has access to that content and shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.
